Endometriosis
Endometriosis isn't just menstrual cramps, it's a condition that can deeply affect every part of your life. Pelvic floor physiotherapy offers a proven, supportive pathway to reduce pain and restore confidence.
What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a complex, inflammatory, estrogen-dependent condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, often around pelvic organs, leading to pelvic pain, menstrual discomfort, and reduced quality of life.
Our team is trained in trauma-informed and evidence-based care. We offer a biopsychosocial, person-centered approach in a caring, confidential environment that empowers you in your health journey.

Comprehensive assessment & education – helping you understand your condition and what you can do to improve it.
Pelvic floor relaxation & down-training – guiding you in techniques to release tight pelvic floor muscles.
Manual therapy (external & internal) – reducing scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and muscle tension to improve circulation, ease pain, and reduce inflammation.
Individualised exercise programs – designed to reduce inflammation, build flexibility, and support your overall musculoskeletal fitness.
Bladder, bowel & sexual health strategies – practical steps to help ease urgency, improve comfort, and restore confidence.
Lifestyle & self-management coaching – empowering you with tools to manage flare-ups and maintain long-term results.
Surgical support (pre & post-operative) – optimising scar mobility, pelvic floor strength, and recovery following surgery.
We’re here to help you move with confidence, reduce discomfort, and take back control of your pelvic health.
