Pregnancy Pelvic Floor & Body Care.

Book your pregnancy appointment from 13-42 weeks.


As your body changes and grows during pregnancy, your spine, pelvic floor, and connective tissues naturally stretch and adapt. These changes can sometimes lead to pelvic girdle pain, low back discomfort, symphysis pubis pain, or tension through the ribs and neck. You may also notice changes in your pelvic floor strength and control — all of which are completely normal and can be supported with the right care.


Our pregnancy services include:

  • Pelvic girdle and low back pain management, posture correction and biomechanics support.
  • Pelvic floor screening and personalised training.
  • Perineal massage preparation (from around 34 weeks) which can reduce the risk of high-degree tears and support recovery after birth.
  • Tummy muscle (diastasis recti) assessment and prevention techniques.
  • Prenatal education and movement coaching to help you prepare your body for birth with less pain and more confidence.


From around 34 weeks (third trimester) we’ll also work with you on labour and birth preparation. This includes breathing and pelvic floor strategies to help you feel calm, strong, and ready for a smoother birth experience.


Postnatal & Mastitis Care.

Book your postnatal check-up for 6 weeks post birth. 


After giving birth, your body goes through many changes as it heals and adjusts. Supporting your recovery early helps you regain strength, confidence, and comfort — and can prevent long-term issues. If you’re experiencing pain, discomfort with your bladder or bowel, or symptoms of mastitis, please don’t wait until six weeks — we recommend booking sooner so we can help you feel better faster.


During your postnatal check-up we'll assist with:

  • Pelvic floor re-assessment and personalised recovery plan.
  • Core and abdominal rehabilitation (diastasis recti).
  • Scar mobilisation and gentle treatment following C-section or perineal tears.
  • Bladder and bowel retraining.
  • Management of pelvic pain, pressure, or heaviness.


If you're experiencing mastitis or blocked ducts, our team can help with gentle lymphatic drainage massage, therapeutic ultrasound and stretching and posture advice. We can also offer guidance on supportive clothing, rest strategies, pain relief and breastfeeding positioning.


We’re here to help you recover comfortably, regain strength, and feel confident as you adjust to life with your new baby.

Aquanatal Classes.


Our aquanatal classes are led by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists in a warm-water pool — a safe, relaxing, and supportive environment that’s ideal during pregnancy and after birth.

Moving in water gently supports your body, helping you stay active, strong, and comfortable as your pregnancy progresses or as you recover postnatally.
