I believe personal dignity is paramount to a living a healthy life. My long physiotherapy career has afforded me many opportunities to see dignity restored when Pelvic Health difficulties are resolved by physiotherapy. I feel privileged to have worked in this specialized field of physiotherapy for the past 30years, occupying roles in both public, private and community services.
I am a "Empty Nester" with x3 young adult sons. As such, I am exploring new interests such as Lawn Bowls and reacquainting myself with the pleasures of reading, live entertainment, art galleries and travel.

For the last 20 years I have focussed
exclusively on pelvic health, offering treatment for women and men. I am passionate about helping my patients reach their potential. A great day for me is when I have been able to make a difference to someone’s quality of life.
I am married and have 4 children who keep me busy. I am a strong advocate of staying fit and
healthy and run a few times per week. Outside of work, I like to garden, walk on the beach, read, and spend time with family and friends.

I am a mum of two kids (baby and a toddler). I have good understanding of how challenging mum’s life could be at times. It's a perspective that makes me mindful about the homework I give my clients. Therapeutic activities that can be incorporated into existing daily life increases the chances of success.
Outside of work, I really enjoy spending time with my husband and little ones exploring different playgrounds and eatery places. I enjoy hiking, Pilates and baking.
