  • Do I need to complete any forms before my appointment?

Yes. New clients are required to complete a new client registration form before their first appointment. In some cases, your physiotherapist may also send you a pre-appointment questionnaire to gather more detailed information about your symptoms and goals. Completing these forms in advance helps us make the most of your appointment time and provide more personalised care.
