PFM F.I.T

Aquanatal
Our aquanatal classes are led by experienced pelvic health physiotherapists and offer a safe, low-impact way to stay active during and after pregnancy. Held in a warm-water pool, these classes are designed to support pelvic floor strength, relieve joint and back pain, and promote relaxation. With a focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and core recovery, our aquanatal sessions help you feel more confident, comfortable, and connected—whether you're preparing for birth or navigating life postnatally.
