Maternity
The childbearing years are a complex time physical and emotional changes. The body moves through a myriad of physical and hormonal changes, peaking with childbirth, to then take 6 weeks for physical recovery from birth and 6 months to recover from pregnancy. The physical workload of caring for babies with or without older children is very demanding on every parent's body.

Aches and pains in the childbearing year can be common but that does not make them normal
Pain is the body's alarm system that there is a risk of injury or that injury has occurred.
It’s important to remember that just because something is common, doesn’t make it normal.
